Please note – 25% non-refundable deposit required on booking.
For Christmas and Easter bookings the balance is due 3 months prior to arrival.
For Christmas and Easter bookings, cancellations within 3 months prior to arrival – loss of 100% rental.
Cancellations for bookings for Christmas and Easter within 3 months and 1 day or more days prior to arrival – loss of deposit and loss of paid rental is at owners discretion.
Balance for all other booking periods is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations for bookings excluding Christmas and Easter within 30 days prior to arrival – loss of 100% rental.
Cancellations for bookings excluding Christmas and Easter within 31 or more days prior to arrival – loss of deposit and loss of paid rental is at owners discretion.
Telegraphic bank transfers & mastercard & visa card accepted.
A $1000 indemnity bond is required which is refundable at end of stay. This is required to cover costs of sundries, breakages or damage and any additional cleaning costs.
A surcharge of 2% will apply to credit card payments
